FIBRE®Platform

The engagement platform built for Europe's rules

Anyone can run a promotion in one country. FIBRE® runs it in 41, with the receipt validation, fraud screening and market-specific compliance already inside the platform. Idea to live campaign in as little as 48 to 72 hours once your brand is onboarded.

FIBRE® is the current-generation platform, built on 16 years of operating experience. Current production metrics, and client references where the client has released them, are available during procurement under NDA.

FIBRE, the consumer engagement platform
How it was built

Purpose-built, and controlled by us

FIBRE® was built for our European promotion operating model, not adapted from a general-purpose tool. Promo Consulting Solutions GmbH controls the platform, its source-code repository and its product roadmap. The development companies involved — the software engineering members of the Alliance — have granted it the exclusive contractual rights required to operate, modify and further develop the source code. Which mechanics, fraud controls, payout functions and market requirements get built next is our decision, not a third-party provider’s.

A look inside the platform

The same views our team uses to run every campaign.

FIBRE receipt validation console: the line items read from the receipt on the left, the submitted receipt itself on the right
Receipt validation console. A real store receipt from a test purchase we made ourselves, not a consumer submission. On the left, the line items the system read. On the right, the receipt they came from.
FIBRE receipt console with a rejected receipt: rejection reason duplicate, with the option to approve anyway
Same screen, other decision. This receipt from North Macedonia had already been submitted once. It is not dropped silently but rejected with a stated reason, and can still be approved by hand if the case warrants it. The retailer's company details are masked.
FIBRE campaign dashboard: participations over the campaign run, peak day, daily average and unique participants
Campaign dashboard. 26,133 participations from 11,969 unique participants, daily curve against the seven-day average, peak day marked. Further tabs cover receipts, retailers and products, users, campaign comparison and heatmap.
FIBRE Shield customer file: trust score, upload count, top retailer and every single entry
FIBRE Shield · customer file. Every entry belongs to a profile with a continuously scored trust value. This one stands out: 317 uploads, all from a single store, trust at 57 per cent. Banning and deleting are one click away.
FIBRE campaign builder: component list on the left, live phone preview in the middle, colours and fonts on the right
Campaign configuration. Components on the left, live phone preview in the middle, colours and fonts on the right. A campaign is assembled here, not commissioned. Demo brand, invented for this view.
FIBRE payout console: winners across twelve markets with payout method, draw date, prize amount and status paid, pending or failed, plus prize budget used
Winners and payouts. Twelve markets in one list, each winner with the payout method actually used — SEPA credit, voucher code, gift card — and the prize budget consumed so far. A failed transfer stays visible with a Retry next to it until it is settled; it does not quietly disappear, and neither does the money. Test data, no real winners.
Capabilities

Everything a campaign needs, in one system

Receipt validation

1,000+ receipt formats, read by AI

95.5% of receipts decided automatically in a benchmark, from German supermarket thermal paper to Italian e-receipts. Uncertain ones go to a person, so every submission gets a decision.

FIBRE Shield™

Seven layers between you and fraud

FIBRE Shield™, our fraud defence stack, screens every entry across seven layers: IP address checks, behavioural analysis, layout analysis, document analysis, detection of computer-based editing, textual analysis, and online fraud detection. Fraud is blocked before it costs you a prize.

Mechanics

Purchase, play and loyalty — one system

Three families on one engine: proof-of-purchase mechanics (cashback, instant win, prize draws, receipt upload, sampling), engagement mechanics (quizzes, photo and video contests, voting, spin the wheel, scratch cards, advent calendars) and ongoing loyalty programmes with points and tiers. Ready-to-use web and app interfaces in every market language. All mechanics at a glance →

Dashboard

Campaign performance and committed cost, live

Participation, payout and engagement rates update in real time, alongside the reward budget already committed. Shift budget mid-campaign instead of learning what happened afterwards. What the campaign is worth in profit depends on margin and baseline sales, which sit in your figures, not in ours.

Data

Consumer data you can actually use

GDPR-compliant participant data syncs straight into your CRM, consented, structured and ready for re-engagement.

Reliability

Built for launch-day traffic

Built for high platform availability and load-tested for TV-spot spikes. Your campaign stays up when the audience shows up.

Configuration

Four choices, and the promotion exists

Most promotion projects start from a blank page. On FIBRE® they start from four decisions, and everything downstream follows: entry, validation, fraud screening, payout, reporting and the legal pack.

01

The mechanic

Cashback, instant win, prize draw, sampling, quiz, contest, loyalty programme.

02

The proof

A photographed receipt, a pack code, a coupon scanned at the till, or no purchase at all where the market requires that.

03

The reward

Cash to a bank account, gift card, virtual card, voucher, physical prize, or points in a running programme.

04

The extras

Gamification where it earns its place: streaks, tiers, referral, a wheel, an advent calendar.

Configured, not rebuilt from scratch each time. That is why a campaign goes live in weeks rather than quarters, and why the twelfth market costs less than the first.

Process

How FIBRE® powers every campaign

Plan & configure

Tailored setup with pre-configured templates, legal compliance packs and modular components. Structured right from day one, no costly rework.

Launch fast

Once onboarded, go live in as little as 48 to 72 hours with a ready-to-run framework, whether it's cashback, prize draws or learning modules.

Automate & validate

AI-driven receipt validation, real-time participant tracking and automated workflows, so the participant never feels the machinery.

Measure & optimise

Live dashboards and in-depth analytics. Adjust instantly, refine engagement and optimise ROI throughout the campaign.

FIBRE Shield™: fraud prevention with a name

FIBRE Shield™ uses several independent detection layers. Each layer assesses different risk signals; suspicious entries are blocked or routed to manual review. You focus on your promotion. We handle the fraud risk.

The third thing

Promotion software is easy to find. Someone who runs the whole thing is not.

SaaS tools give you a builder. Agencies give you a campaign. FIBRE® is the third thing: one platform for build, validation, payout and reporting, across 41 European markets, EU and non-EU, with one team accountable for running it.

FAQ

Common questions about FIBRE®

How does FIBRE® ensure legal and regulatory compliance?

FIBRE® ships with market-specific compliance packs: terms drafted and reviewed by the licensed attorneys of our coordinated network, plus the filings each market requires, prepared before launch. Competence Alliance is not a law firm and does not itself give legal advice; we manage the network and coordinate the engagement.

What makes FIBRE® different from agencies or other promo tools?

FIBRE® unites marketing, legal, IT and analytics in one platform, removing the need for multiple vendors and reducing cost and delay.

How quickly can I launch a campaign?

For onboarded brands, setup takes minutes and campaigns go live within 48 to 72 hours. First-time brand onboarding (contracts, brand assets, data setup) comes before that clock starts and is scoped individually; depending on your systems it can take a few weeks.

Can I run campaigns in multiple countries?

Yes. FIBRE® supports local, regional and pan-European campaigns and adapts each promotion to local legal and cultural requirements, with multiple languages and currencies.

How secure is FIBRE® with consumer data?

FIBRE® supports GDPR-compliant data processes, automated receipt validation and anomaly detection, so participant data is processed in a structured way and campaigns are protected against misuse.

Do I need technical expertise to use it?

No. Modular components and an intuitive interface let marketers set up campaigns without heavy IT involvement.

Can I use only some modules?

Yes, FIBRE® is fully modular. Pick only the components you need.

Depth of data

A receipt is not a yes-or-no question

A basic proof-of-purchase check answers whether your product appears on the receipt. FIBRE reads out every line — including your competitors’. Other providers read line by line too; what differs is whether it is included and what it costs. And which attributes get captured is yours to define.

Always
  • Product description
  • SKU and EAN
  • Quantity per line
  • Unit price and line total
  • VAT rate per line
  • Retailer, location and date
Defined by you
  • Flavour and variety
  • Weight and fill quantity
  • Pack size and case unit
  • Variant and version
  • Promotional and value packs
  • Competitor products in the same basket

If your product differs by an attribute not listed here, that is the one we read. You define the target attributes, not us.

How we work

We do not believe in standing still.

Standing still is a slow form of dying. FIBRE therefore never stands still: new mechanics, new markets, new checks — because retail, regulation and fraud do not hold still either.

What is enough today will not be enough next year

Receipt layouts change, retail chains switch systems, fraud patterns learn. Validation that does not keep up eventually checks against a world that no longer exists.

Your requirement is our backlog

What a campaign needs and does not yet exist gets built. Not declined, not deferred to a roadmap two years out.

Progress without a migration project

New capabilities appear on the running platform. You get them without having to set up an upgrade project to receive them.
