What FIBRE Guarantee covers, and what it is not
One contract. Competence Alliance engages and pays the licensed local attorneys. You sign one agreement with us and receive one invoice; there are no separate attorney mandates for you to negotiate.
One remedy. We set up and operate the campaign mechanics, we instruct and coordinate the attorneys who draft and review the terms, and we prepare the filings each market requires before launch. If a campaign has to be stopped or re-run because we set it up incorrectly, we refund the campaign operating fee for that market. The amount and the conditions are set out in the services agreement.
What it is not. It is not legal advice, and not a warranty of any particular legal, regulatory or commercial outcome. The assessment per market comes from the independent licensed attorneys in our network, and liability for that advice sits with them under their own engagement terms. What we stand behind is our own execution.
When you run on FIBRE, the campaign has someone who stands behind it
That is the product. Tools generate documents; the Guarantee names one contracting party for the execution and sets out who is responsible for what: legal advice from the independent, licensed attorneys in our network, operations and coordination from us, with the contract stating what happens if we get our part wrong. It is why procurement signs one contract instead of five, and why legal review becomes the fastest step of the launch instead of the slowest. Who provides the legal advice?
Independent licensed attorneys, one in each of the 41 markets. Competence Alliance coordinates the work; the legal advice itself always comes from lawyers admitted in that market.
What does the guarantee layer actually cover?
Terms per market, permit filings where a market requires them, prize tax questions and winner obligations, organised before launch rather than after a complaint.
Can it be booked without the FIBRE platform?
Yes. The legal and compliance work is available standalone, with or without the platform.
