FIBRE® solution

Cashback that pays in minutes and protects the budget

Try-it-free and money-back mechanics convert sceptical first-time buyers better than any discount, if validation is instant and fraud attempts are reliably caught and reduced. FIBRE® does both.

Cashback flow: receipt submitted, validated, money back to the consumer in minutes
How it works
01

Submit

The consumer buys, photographs the receipt and submits it on your campaign page.

02

Verify

Receipt validation confirms product, price and retailer; fraud screening clears the entry.

03

Refund

The cashback is released straight away once approved, with every payout logged. Two routes, chosen per campaign: a SEPA transfer to the consumer's account, or a digital voucher or code. Arrival depends on the local rail. In the four markets outside the SEPA zone (Bosnia, Kosovo, Ukraine, Turkey) the voucher route is the one that works.

What you get

Instant payouts

Fast money-back is the difference between goodwill and complaints; clean cases are approved in minutes and paid out straight away.

Budget protection

Duplicate, edited and traded receipts are caught before payout, so the budget funds real trials.

Shelf price intact

Cashback converts trial without touching the list price or training consumers to wait for discounts.

Clearing-grade reporting

Every payout reconciled and reportable per market, per retailer, per campaign.

Where the money sits

Campaign budgets are pre-funded in capped tranches and held on a separate campaign account, kept apart from the operating account of the company and used for nothing else. Cash payouts and voucher issues are drawn from it and reconciled per campaign, so you can see what went in, what went out and what is left. The tranche model means your advance exposure is one tranche, not a whole budget.

Payout forms

Money is one way to pay a consumer. It is not the only one.

A cashback promotion pays out in whatever form the market, the mechanic and the brand require. Both payout routes run through the same validation and the same reconciliation, so the campaign has one set of numbers at the end — including the ones that fail.

Route 01

Bank transfer

SEPA credit to the consumer’s account, released once the receipt clears validation. Speed of arrival depends on the local rail, not on us.

Route 02

Digital vouchers and codes

Codes are loaded as a pool and issued one at a time to validated participants: one code per approved entry, never twice, each tied to the entry it settled. Gift cards, virtual credit cards, merchant and brand vouchers. You supply the codes, or we source them for you. This is how markets outside SEPA are served, and how a brand pays out in its own credit instead of cash.

Follow-up

When a payout fails

A wrong IBAN, a closed account, a code that bounces. Failed transfers stay on the list with their reason and a retry, not in a spreadsheet somebody has to remember. Nothing is written off quietly: the budget only closes when every entry has an outcome.

What a voucher can and cannot tell you. Whichever route a campaign uses, the total is reconciled the same way: what was issued, to whom, against which validated entry, and what is left in the budget. Delivery we can show you — whether the mail was opened, whether the code was downloaded. Whether it was finally redeemed is the issuer’s data, not ours, and several of the large international brands do not release it at all. We tell you before the campaign which issuer reports what, so the reporting you expect at the end is the reporting you agreed at the start.

FAQ

How quickly do consumers receive their money?

Validated submissions are approved in minutes and the payout released straight away, arriving as fast as the local rail allows; the speed is what drives participation and repeat entry.

Which payout methods are supported?

Several payout methods, chosen per campaign: SEPA bank transfers, gift cards, virtual credit cards, merchant or brand vouchers, and credit towards digital subscriptions such as streaming, music, gaming or ride hailing, in a range of currencies. The method and flow are localised per market.

How do you stop cashback fraud?

FIBRE Shield™, our seven-layer screening stack, catches duplicates, manipulated images and organised abuse before any payout is made.

Can cashback run alongside other mechanics?

Yes. Cashback combines with instant wins, draws or sampling in one campaign on one platform.

Who pays the consumer, and who is liable for the cashback?

Flexible: campaigns can run with PCS as the official organiser, owing and paying the cashback in its own name under the campaign terms, or with the brand as organiser and PCS handling the disbursement. Either way, budgets are pre-funded in capped tranches, which keeps the brand's advance exposure small, and the money sits on a separate campaign account, never mixed with operating funds.

Planning a multi-market promotion?

Send your campaign brief with the markets, mechanic and timing. You'll get back a fixed, priced proposal, not a sales call. Or ask for the capabilities deck.

Send a campaign brief

Small print. A cashback promotion is normally set up with Promo Consulting Solutions as the official organiser, because the cash leaving the account has to be money we are entitled to pay out. For that promotion PCS is therefore the controller of the participant data. In every other setup the brand is the controller and PCS the processor.
