Pricing

One operating fee. Clear about what sits outside it.

A fixed operating fee per market and per campaign, agreed before you commit, that does not rise if the campaign works. A percentage of what you sell rises when the campaign works. A fixed fee does not.

Three things sit on top, each agreed up front and shown separately: confirmed receipts, consumer rewards, and market-specific fees where a country requires them.

In a cashback campaign the consumer payout is usually the largest number by some distance, often several times the operating fee. That is your budget, not our fee – and it only leaves it against a confirmed receipt.

Market-specific requirements differ widely. Serbia, for example, requires the promotion to be announced in a newspaper; other markets ask for a bond or a notarised draw. What applies to your markets is in the quote before launch.

What the operating fee includes

One flat price covers the whole operating platform. If it is part of running the promotion, it is in the price.

  • The FIBRE® platform
  • Campaign build and configuration
  • Every mechanic listed here: instant win, prize draws, cashback, receipt-upload, no-purchase and skill-based entry
  • Quizzes, standard game mechanics and gamified journeys
  • Loyalty programmes with points, tiers and a reward catalogue
  • Baseline compliance
  • Vetted campaign terms and conditions, drafted and checked by our legal network
  • Live reporting and dashboards
  • Hosting, data handling, consumer service and localisation

What sits outside the fixed operating fee

The operating fee is fixed. Three things sit on top of it, each agreed with you up front and shown separately on your invoice. For sampling programmes, pay-per-verified-trial models are also available, quoted per campaign.

Receipt validation, per confirmed receipt

Billable validation: one receipt confirmed as containing at least one qualifying purchase. Three promoted packs on a single receipt are one billable validation, not three.

This applies only to receipt-based mechanics: where a purchase has to be proven, receipt validation is priced per confirmed receipt, so you pay for results, not for traffic. Open entry with no proof of purchase carries no per-receipt cost. Fraudulent, duplicate and invalid submissions are screened out by FIBRE Shield™ at no cost to you, and this line grows only when real sales grow. Prefer budget certainty? We can include a set volume of confirmed receipts in the operating fee and quote only what goes beyond it.

What your consumers receive

  • Cashback payouts, the money returned to consumers
  • Prizes themselves
  • Prize procurement: sourcing and buying the prizes

Bespoke and third-party work

  • Bespoke development and custom features
  • Third-party integrations
  • Special proof-of-purchase mechanics, such as in-pack codes or a physical token
  • Compliance beyond the vetted terms, for example bonds, filing fees and notary costs

And outside Europe?

The commercial model does not change when the campaign leaves Europe. The fixed operating fee still covers running the promotion; the same two lines still sit on top of it.

What stays exactly the same

  • One fixed operating fee for running the promotion
  • Receipt validation billed per confirmed receipt, where the mechanic needs proof of purchase
  • Cashback, prizes and procurement passed through
  • Every line agreed up front and shown separately

What is quoted on top, per market

  • Licensed local legal counsel, where we have no standing network
  • Filing fees, bonds and notary costs in the market concerned
  • A validation build for a further script: Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Arabic and the like. Latin, Cyrillic and Greek receipt formats are already covered

Send us the market list. You get a figure for it, with the additional lines named before you commit — the same way European campaigns are quoted. How campaigns outside Europe run.

How the price is set

For planning: the operating fee runs from €10,000 to €15,000 per market and per campaign, depending on mechanic, scope and depth of integration. It covers the full campaign duration.

The operating fee is scoped to your campaign and agreed up front. How high or low it sits depends on scale and scope, and we set it with you, per campaign. Once agreed, that platform figure is fixed. Receipt validation is billed per confirmed receipt at a rate agreed with you, and what your consumers receive is passed through, both shown as separate lines. No hidden fees: every line is one you can see and predict before you commit.

One fixed price to run the promotion. After that, you pay only for proven sales and what your consumers receive.

And if we get the setup wrong: should a market have to be stopped or re-run because of an error we are responsible for, we refund the operating fee for that market. The conditions are in the services agreement. FIBRE Guarantee →

Frequently asked questions

What does the operating fee include?

One fixed campaign operating fee, plus a pre-agreed price per confirmed receipt and the consumer reward budget. The operating fee covers the FIBRE platform, campaign build, legal compliance and verified terms, FIBRE Shield fraud prevention, consumer support, standard reward and cashback mechanics, standard gamification, live reporting and the receipt validation technology itself. What is billed separately is the validation transaction: each confirmed receipt at a rate agreed before launch, so you pay for proven purchases rather than for traffic.

What is quoted separately?

Cashback payouts, prizes and prize procurement, plus any bespoke development, third-party integrations or special mechanics. These are quoted separately and always labelled as such.

Is the number in the quote the number on the invoice?

Yes for the operating fee, which is agreed per campaign before launch. Variable items are listed separately from the start, so there are no line items that only appear after the campaign ends.

Planning a multi-market promotion?

Send your campaign brief with the markets, mechanic and timing. You'll get back a fixed, priced proposal, not a sales call. Or ask for the capabilities deck.
