Available today. Voucher route: in the four markets currently outside the SEPA zone (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Ukraine, Turkey) cashback is paid as a digital voucher or code rather than a bank transfer. Bank payouts there are being onboarded; every other capability is live. Turkey additionally follows a permit-based regime with non-cash prizes; see the market rules.

Beyond these 41 European markets, we deliver worldwide on request.

Capabilities are available across our operating markets. The specific mechanics, prize thresholds, tax handling and filing requirements are confirmed per campaign through our network of local counsel. Country-by-country legal detail lives in Rules by market.

Why Europe

We started where multi-market promotions get hard

Europe is not one market but 41 — more than 20 languages, and a different promotion law in each. Which is precisely why it is our home ground.

41 countries, 20+ languages, 41 legal systems

Every market has its own promotion law, its own prize tax, its own permit and free-entry requirements. There is no single European prize-promotion law you can learn once.

Where the work actually sits

Permits and prize taxes vary market by market: a ministry filing, a bank guarantee and a notary in Italy; a permit and 10 % of the prize pool in Poland; 25 % of the prize fund in Serbia and Latvia; 35 to 45 % stamp duty in Portugal; none of it in Germany. Data sits under the GDPR inside the EU and under separate national frameworks outside it, and payouts run on SEPA except where they do not.

No European rulebook to learn once

There is no harmonised European promotion law. What exists is 41 national regimes, 20+ languages of participation terms, and a licensed attorney in each market who signs off the mechanic before launch. That is the work, and it is the same work every time.

And outside Europe? Worldwide, on request.

Mechanics, payouts and reporting work in any market. Receipt validation ships ready for Latin, Cyrillic and Greek formats; for Chinese, Japanese, Thai or Arabic we build the validation layer for the campaign. What is European is our network of attorneys, not our technology. The fixed operating fee applies worldwide, with local counsel and a new script build quoted separately — as payouts and prizes are today.
