A programme that keeps running after the campaign stops.
Points, tiers, rewards and redemption on the same platform that validates the receipt. Not an export into someone else's loyalty system — the programme itself, with earning tied to purchases FIBRE has verified.
Points on proven purchases, not on declarations
Most loyalty programmes award points for something the member says they did, or for a code printed on a pack. FIBRE awards them for a till receipt it has read line by line: the promoted product, in the qualifying quantity, from a participating retailer, checked against duplicates and seven layers of fraud screening before a single point is credited. The programme inherits the validation, the compliance and the payout machinery that already runs the campaigns.
Earning is evidence
Every balance traces back to a specific receipt, and every receipt stays auditable. A points liability you can explain to finance.
The basket comes with it
The same receipt that earns the point also reports the full basket at SKU level: what else was bought, where, at what price. The programme produces data, not just retention.
Compliance travels with it
An ongoing programme touches consent, prize tax and consumer law in every market it runs in. The same market packs that carry the campaigns carry the programme.
What the programme can be built from
Points on validated purchases
Every point is earned against a till receipt that FIBRE has read and verified: the right product, the right quantity, a participating retailer. Not a self-declared purchase, not a scanned barcode that anyone can photograph in the aisle.
Tiers with thresholds
Define levels and the thresholds that move a member up or down: spend, number of qualifying purchases, or points held. Benefits, earning rate and reward catalogue can differ per tier and per market.
Rewards and redemption
Members spend points on what you offer: cashback to their bank account, vouchers, physical rewards, entries into a draw. Redemption runs through the same payout and fulfilment machinery as any FIBRE campaign.
Expiry rules
Points can carry an expiry, rolling or fixed-date, per market. Balances, expiry warnings and the resulting liability are visible in the dashboard rather than in a spreadsheet.
The member's account
One balance, one history, one login: every receipt, every point, every redemption on the member's own page inside the Brand Hub, in their language.
Three parts you already have
Brand Hub →
The front end the member sees: one always-on destination per brand and market, one sign-up, their balance and history behind it.
Receipt validation →
The earning event. Every point is triggered by a receipt read at line-item level and screened for fraud.
FIBRE Engine →
The machinery underneath: rules, balances, payouts, reporting and the audit trail behind every transaction.
A loyalty programme is not a different product for us. It is the campaign machinery, configured to keep running.
Where this stands today
The loyalty module is built and ready to run. Unlike receipt validation, cashback and instant win, it has not yet run a commercial client programme. We would rather tell you that here than have it come up in a procurement call.
What that means in practice: the mechanics above exist and can be demonstrated, and we will walk you through them live. What we cannot show you yet is a live programme with another brand's numbers on it.
The platform →
Five real views from live operations: receipt check, dashboard, customer file, builder.
Results →
What campaigns actually delivered, in numbers rather than adjectives.
Integrations & API →
Ready-made pages, embedded modules or API access from your own stack.
Security →
What IT and procurement check: data handling, access, encryption, incident process.
Evidence Centre →
Every major claim on this site with the evidence behind it.
Data & insights →
Zero-party data from sign-up, first-party purchase data from the receipt.
Case studies →
