Your systems are the fixed point. We adapt.
Enterprise stacks are not flexible, and they should not have to be. FIBRE® integrates the other way around: our platform adapts to your CRM, your identity setup and your data flows, not your architecture to our SDK. That is a deliberate engineering choice, and it is why our integrations are bespoke by design.
Your stack, connected both ways
FIBRE-built pages
We build and host the campaign front end. Your involvement: brand assets and a go decision. Zero integration effort on your side.
Embedded modules
FIBRE components inside your existing platform or app: your design system on the surface, our validation, win logic and payouts underneath.
API access
Your stack calls our engine directly: receipt validation, entry handling, win decisions and payout triggers as services inside your own architecture.
CRM and data warehouse exports
Consented participant data and campaign events delivered as structured exports or feeds into the brand's CRM and analytics environment, scoped per market.
Entries, validation results, win events
Submission status, validation outcomes and winner events available to your systems, so your service and CRM teams see what the consumer sees.
Registration and login flows
Campaign registration integrated with the brand's existing consumer identity where required, per market and per legal framework.
Cashback and reward triggers
Payout initiation and reconciliation events, connected to the brand's finance processes where the engagement requires it.
Full technical documentation exists and is provided per engagement, under NDA and scoped to your architecture, because a bespoke integration deserves documentation that describes your setup, not a generic one. Your architects talk directly to ours. Ask for an architecture call.
Frequently asked questions
What are the ways to integrate FIBRE?
Three: pages built and hosted on FIBRE, modules embedded into your own site, or API access from your own stack. The right one depends on how much of the journey you want to own.
Do we have to move our existing systems?
No. Your systems stay the fixed point and FIBRE fits around them. Nothing has to be replaced to run a campaign.
Does the brand keep the data collected?
Yes. Participation and consent data belong to the brand and are exported in a CRM-ready form. The exact route is agreed during onboarding.
