One platform price. Clear about what sits outside it.
FIBRE® is a fixed platform price for running your promotion, in every market. On top of it, you pay for validated receipts and for what your consumers actually receive. Both scale with how well your campaign performs, both are agreed up front, and there are no hidden fees.

What the platform price includes
One flat price covers the whole operating platform. If it is part of running the promotion, it is in the price.
- The FIBRE® platform
- Campaign build and configuration
- Every mechanic: instant win, prize draws, cashback, receipt-upload, no-purchase and skill-based entry
- Baseline compliance
- Vetted campaign terms and conditions, drafted and checked by our legal network
- Live reporting and dashboards
- Hosting, data handling, consumer service and localisation
What sits outside the fixed platform price
The platform price is fixed. Three things sit on top of it, each agreed with you up front and shown separately on your invoice. For sampling programmes, pay-per-verified-trial models are also available, quoted per campaign.
Receipt validation, per proven sale
This applies only to receipt-based mechanics: where a purchase has to be proven, validating receipts is priced per receipt we confirm as a genuine purchase, so you pay for results, not for traffic. Open entry with no proof of purchase carries no per-receipt cost. Fraudulent, duplicate and invalid submissions are screened out by FIBRE Shield™ at no cost to you, and this line grows only when real sales grow. Prefer budget certainty? We can include a set volume of validated receipts in the platform price and quote only what goes beyond it.
What your consumers receive
- Cashback payouts, the money returned to consumers
- Prizes themselves
- Prize procurement: sourcing and buying the prizes
Bespoke and third-party work
- Bespoke development and custom features
- Third-party integrations
- Special proof-of-purchase mechanics, such as in-pack codes or a physical token
- Compliance beyond the vetted terms, for example bonds, filing fees and notary costs
How the price is set
The platform price is scoped to your campaign and agreed up front. How high or low it sits depends on scale and scope, and we set it with you, per campaign. Once agreed, that platform figure is fixed. Receipt validation is billed per validated receipt at a rate agreed with you, and what your consumers receive is passed through, both shown as separate lines. No hidden fees: every line is one you can see and predict before you commit.
One fixed price to run the promotion. After that, you pay only for proven sales and what your consumers receive.
Frequently asked questions
What does the platform price include?
The FIBRE platform, campaign build, legal compliance and verified terms, automated receipt validation, FIBRE Shield fraud prevention, consumer support, standard reward and cashback mechanics, and live reporting.
What is quoted separately?
Cashback payouts, prizes and prize procurement, plus any bespoke development, third-party integrations or special mechanics. These are quoted separately and always labelled as such.
Is the number in the quote the number on the invoice?
Yes for the platform price, which is agreed per campaign before launch. Variable items are listed separately from the start, so there are no line items that only appear after the campaign ends.
Planning a multi-market promotion?
Send your campaign brief with the markets, mechanic and timing. You'll get back a fixed, priced proposal, not a sales call.
